Our preferred method of  payment is by Bank or Internet Deposit.

BNZ Bank account number supplied on request.

You may also pay for your order from FAV Mobile Solutions by personal cheque, credit card or Bank/Internet deposit.. Personal shoppers may also use EFTPOS. Credit cards accepted are: Visa / MasterCard and American Express.
If your Credit Card is declined by the Bank for ANY reason, payment will then be only accepted by Bank/Internet deposit.
If paying by personal cheque, please allow seven extra business days for delivery while your cheque clears.

Freight charges:

As freight charges are dependant on the size and weight of the item being purchased, we cannot give a standard freight charge.

Once your order is received, we will advise you by telephone or e-mail what the freight charge will be. Only after we receive the go-ahead from you will your card be charged. If you choose to make a Bank deposit or pay by Internet Banking, the goods will be sent when full payment is received.

Should you wish to phone your order, that's OK. But email confirmation still required. Of course credit card details can then be deleted. As packages need to be signed for, please ensure your availability to complete this requirement. Fastway couriers are our carrier choice.
